UNFCCC Online Registration System is an instrument that supports the nomination of participants for the UNFCCC sessions.
The system may be used by National Focal Points of Parties and observer States that have been invited to nominate a delegation to participate in UNFCCC sessions and events.
2. How do I create an account?National Focal Points can create an account for themselves and/or authorize the creation of accounts for their representatives. Please use this link to request creation of an account. Once you create your account you will receive an email with your login name, password and further instructions. The online system recognizes only the email addresses of the National Focal Points which have been officially registered with the UNFCCC Secretariat.
3. What information do I need before I start?a) Virtual sessions and events: In order to complete the process you will need the following information for each nominee. Please note that a personal, accurate and secure email address for each nominee is crucial to allow the participant secure access to the virtual platform once registered in ORS.
b) Physical sessions: In order to complete the process you will need the following information for each nominee. All information must be as it appears in the official photo identification which the participant will present at the registration desk.
The names and information you enter will be retained for use in future sessions. You will not need to enter the information again except when adding new people.
