1. Who should use this system?

All Admitted Organizations (IGOs & NGOs) wishing to participate in UNFCCC sessions must use this system to nominate and confirm all participants.

2. How do I create an account?

Designated Contact Points or Heads of Organization can create an account for themselves and/or authorize the creation of accounts for their representatives. Please use this link to request creation of an account. Once you create your account you will receive an email with your login name, password and further instructions. The online system recognizes only the email addresses of the Designated Contact Points and Heads of Organization which have been officially registered with the UNFCCC Secretariat.

3. What information do I need before I start?

In order to complete the process you will need the following information for each nominee. All information must be as it appears in the official photo identification which the participant will present at the registration desk.

4. What information will be stored by the system?

The names and information you enter will be retained for use in future sessions. You will not need to enter the information again except when adding new people.

5. Where can I find help?
